Swam on the Cypress Creek High School team for four seasons... Recorded times of 2:04 in the 200 Breast, 4:01 in the 400 IM, and 1:52 in the 200 IM in high school... Helped his team win district championships from 2006-09, and region championships from 2006-08... Named to the 2009 USA Swimming Scholastic All-American Team... Earned the distinguished honor of making the team for three consecutive years... Member of the Cypress Fairbanks Swim Club... Participated in the Junior Nationals... Coached by Jeff Chandler and Clayton Cagle... Also played water polo in high school.
